Why we have laws-

The law can be described as legal set of rules the fact that government and courts have made for everyone to follow along with. Without laws, confusion and chaos would occur. In extreme cases of discord, a state of anarchy might develop. The person with the the majority of strength will start to dominate as well as the weak and helpless would suffer. Yet , when laws and regulations are enforced, a sense of order is created causing a society where everyone can live peacefully.

Why laws change-?
