" Persona is the importance of a man. " (Hall & Lindzey, 1957, p. 9). Through out psychology, numerous definitions had been offered for identifying individuality. Most of the meanings refer to a cognitive construction within the mind. Personality is thought of as collaboration between of several mental systems, including motives, feelings, and thoughts, used to supply a foundation of a person. Various explanations argue within the exact conditions to specify personality, but they all agree personality involves a pattern of mental systems. Psychologists strive to understand persona through locating a consensus of its description, theories detailing possibilities of how it is produced and the influences that element into creating traits and characteristics. Personalities will be qualities which make each person unique from one individual to the next. Personality is the quantity of reoccurring behaviors and attitudes that remain frequent through out an individual's life. It is just a pattern of psychological operations that happen through causes, feelings, and thoughts (Mayer, 2005). Persona is on a regular basis publicized traits and qualities that are individualistic to a person and their behavior (Feist & Feist, 2009). It is composed of permanent characteristics and particular characteristics personal to an person's behaviors (Feisty & Feisty, 2009). Variations in individual behavior may be understood because traits. Qualities and features combine together to create the foundation of character. Traits are variations in individual behavior that are regular through out time and remain secure during various situations (Feisty & Feisty, 2009).
